Image Title: India Flower Workers
Category: Indigenous Cultures

Technical Details: Nikon D1x, 1/125 second at f/5.6
Location: Old Delhi, India
Description: Amidst the pungent, peppery smells of the Chandi Chowk spice market in Old Delhi, I paused on the street to see two massive burlap sacks overfull with flowers, destined to become Hindu sacramental offerings. I felt petals falling on my head from above and looked up to see a group of men smiling and welcoming me to their second floor workspace.

I like a place where two friends can take a break from hard work, resting on a bed of flowers.
